Amanda spent years behind the bar before booking a one-way ticket to Mexico. Five years alcohol-free, she and her partner Ginna now make Tomonotomo, a non-alcoholic agave spirit distilled in Oaxaca from tobalá and 15 local herbs and spices, and a two-time Sans Bar Academy Award winner. Sober in Oaxaca is how they share the city they love.

Not at all. This trip is for anyone curious about a great night out without alcohol, whether you’re five years in or five days into Dry January. We ask everyone to keep the trip alcohol-free so the whole group can relax into it. Expect moderate walking, and plant-based options at every meal.

Four nights in a boutique stay in the historic centre, all meals with zero-proof drinks, and every workshop and tasting.
